Language Online (LON) is an automated language learning system for students with the main thrust on pronunciation and accent. This has a web-based interface with machine learning and speech processing tools running in the back-end. The system uses speech recognition, pattern matching and other signal processing tools to analyze the speech of individuals for accent and pronunciation matching and provides a proper graphical representation of defects and points to improve.
